Vendor Requirements

• Must comply with all health and safety regulations
• Proof of insurance and food vendor license required
• Limited spaces with access to electricity and water

How to Apply

📌 Step 1: Review and Complete the Food Vendor Contract.
📌 Step 2: Submit payment and required documentation

Note: Before any contract is accepted, we must have a certificate of insurance from your liability insurance carrier showing “Saline County Fair Association, Inc. d.b.a. Tri-Rivers Fair” as additional insured on your policy during the fair dates.
