Welcome to the Tri-Rivers Fair Board
The Tri-Rivers Fair Board is a team of dedicated volunteers committed to organizing and improving the fair experience for our community. Our mission is to celebrate agriculture, education, and entertainment while fostering traditions that bring people together. Throughout the year, we work to plan exciting events, support 4-H and open class exhibitors, and create an unforgettable fair for all attendees.

The Tri-Rivers Fair Board consists of individuals who bring passion and expertise to ensure the fair’s success. Each member plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing fair activities.

Board Meetings & Getting Involved
The Tri-Rivers Fair Board meets regularly to discuss planning, logistics, and improvements for the fair. Community input is always welcome. If you have ideas or would like to get involved, we encourage you to reach out or attend a meeting.

Committees & Volunteer Opportunities
The fair wouldn’t be possible without the support of our committees and volunteers. Whether you’re passionate about marketing, livestock, entertainment, or vendor coordination, there’s a place for you to contribute. Some of our committees include:
- Marketing – Social media, advertising, and public outreach
- Livestock Sale – Supporting 4-H exhibitors
- Entertainment – Booking performers and planning activities
- Fundraising & Sponsorships – Securing sponsors and fundraising efforts
